WhatsApp Group and Mailing List
We primarily communicate internally via our WhatsApp group. Contact Mylo to add you.
We may also need to send out emails, so please make sure you are subscribed to the Purley Lacrosse Club Google Group.
- To subscribe visit groups.google.com/group/purley-lacrosse-club/subscribe, and make sure you set "Email delivery preference" to "Notify me for every new message (fewer than 1 per day)" otherwise you will only be able to see messages via the web interface (unfortunately we cannot change the default). You will need to wait to be approved.
- To unsubscribe send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- To post to this group, send email to email@example.com (you need to be a member of the group before you can post)
- If you have a Google Account (pretty much everyone has, e.g. for GMail) you can access the web interface at groups.google.com/d/forum/purley-lacrosse-club
We have a Contact Details spreadsheet on Google Drive. Please make sure you keep your contact information up to date - especially your emergency contact.
You will need to sign in using a Google Account (pretty much everyone has one, e.g. for GMail, otherwise it's a quick sign-up process). If you don't have access then you can request access from the spreadsheet link.
Full details about subscription costs can be found on the Subscriptions page.
Hoodies and Other Goodies
You can order your Purley Lacrosse hoodies, polos etc. from KitLocker.
English Lacrosse Registration
English Lacrosse have introduced a new Individual Registration system for the 2016/17 season. If you play, coach or officiate lacrosse you will need to complete an annual registration before you participate in any lacrosse competition. Seniors (+18) will be charged £30 and Juniors/Students £15, registrations will require renewing each new lacrosse season on or after August 31st, though for the 2016/17 season you can register at any time.
You can find more details at their FAQ page.
If you transfer mid-season, and have played for another SEMLA club, then you must complete a Transfer Form, which can be downloaded from www.southlacrosse.org.uk/regs/forms.html.
