Based in South London, Purley was founded in 1906 and has a long tradition of success in Southern Lacrosse which has been continued by the current team in winning the Senior Flags in 1997, League and Final Four in 1998, the Berlin Open Championship and the Final Four in 1999, the Triple of League, Senior Flags and Final Four in 2000, and the League, Senior Flags and Senior six-a-sides from 2001 to 2004. Our hard, attractive style of lacrosse attracts quality players from all over the lacrosse-playing world and supplies international talent to the Wales and England national squads. Off the field, as well as on, the team is a close knit one keen on socialising together and enjoying the good things in life.
